Lâle White
Executive Chairman and CEO
Lâle White is a nationally recognized expert in the field of medical financial management and regulatory compliance, with over 25 years of experience in information systems development and medical billing. She lectures extensively on these topics and has consulted for major laboratories and laboratory associations throughout the U.S. She worked with HCFA and the U.S. Office of the Inspector General to develop the first OIG Model Compliance Program. Ms. White was previously Vice President - Finance of Laboratory Corporation of America (NYSE: LH), one of the largest clinical reference laboratories in the U.S., and its predecessor National Health Laboratories (NYSE: NHLI), where she led the software development of several accounts receivable, inventory, cost accounting and financial management systems for the laboratory industry. Ms. White has a B.A in finance and an M.B.A. from Florida International University.
David C. Flaugh
Formerly Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Laboratory Corporation of America and its predecessor National Health Laboratories. Mr. Flaugh has been a Company director since 1997.
Thomas H. Adams, Ph.D.
Chairman and CEO, Leucadia Technologies and Chairman Emeritus, Genta, Inc.
Dr. Adams has served in his present position at Leucadia Technologies, a privately held medical-device company, since 1998. In 1989 Dr. Adams founded Genta, Inc., a publicly held biotechnology company in the field of antisense technology, and served as its CEO until 1997. Dr. Adams founded Gen-Probe, Inc. in 1984 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman until its acquisition by Chugai Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. in 1989. Before founding Gen-Probe, Dr. Adams was Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Hybritech. Dr. Adams currently serves as a director of Invitrogen, Inc., La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company and Bio-Mems. He has been a Company director since 1997.
Peter Roshko

Mr. Roshko, a General Partner, has over 23 years of venture capital and investment expertise. Mr. Roshko was a General Partner at Mohr, Davidow Ventures (MDV) in Menlo Park, California for 9 years where he concentrated in software, medical devices and services. He was a Board member of Vantive Corporation for 9 years from it's founding through its IPO and subsequent sale to PeopleSoft (NASDAQ: PSFT). Additionally, Mr. Roshko is currently a Board member of Trust Company of America, Xifin, Rally Software, ProStor Systems, DatAvail and Lijit.
Judd Jessup
Judd Jessup brings over 30 years experience in managing and building successful healthcare companies. While CEO of US Labs he grew revenues to $75 MM before successfully negotiating its sale to Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) in 2005. Prior to that, Judd was President of the HMO Division of FHP International, which provided healthcare to more than 1.8 million members in 11 states. He joined FHP in 1994, when FHP acquired TakeCare Inc., an HMO operating in California, Colorado, Illinois and Ohio, where Judd had been President since 1987. Judd is credited with TakeCare's growth from a 150,000 member privately held HMO in Northern California to a multi-state, publicly traded organization with 790,000 members and $1.1 billion in annual revenue. Currently, Judd serves on the Board of Directors for Corvel Corporation, a publicly held workers compensation utilization management company and NovaMed Holdings, Inc., a publicly held eye-care services provider. Judd earned his BA degree from Knox College in Illinois and his MBA from the University of Denver.
James H. Berglund

Dr. Berglund has held his current position at Enterprise Partners Venture Capital, a leading Southern California venture capital firm, since 1985. Prior to that time, Dr. Berglund was President and a director of Continuous Curve Contact Lenses, Inc., a publicly traded company that was acquired by Revlon Consumer Products Corporation in 1980. He is a board member and compensation committee member of several private companies and a director of Captiva Software Corporation, a publicly traded company. Dr. Berglund has been a Company director since 2003.

M. David Titus

David Titus is co-founder and Managing Director of Windward Ventures. In addition to directing the overall development of the firm, he is responsible for a number of investments in the software field. Mr. Titus has been a director of over 25 companies, including two public companies. He is currently a director of several private companies, including Akonix Systems, Streamload and Syntricity. He is also a member of the Executive Committee for the CONNECT program in San Diego and a member of the Venture Capital Advisory Board of the San Diego Venture Group. Mr. Titus was formerly an officer of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists. Prior to founding Windward Ventures, Mr. Titus was a General Partner and Managing Director of Corporate Finance for Technology Funding, a $250 million venture capital firm, where he was responsible for directing all new investment activity from 1988 through 1992. Mr. Titus was also a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Silicon Valley Bank, a highly successful bank with headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Mr. Titus has a BA from University of California, Santa Barbara.
