Position Overview: 

We are seeking a forward thinking Technical Analyst, Software Implementations & Support for our regional San Diego office.  In this role you will support new client migration and transition to our healthcare billing and system and financial SaaS application. Your experience in independently performing technical support assignments related to Web Services, large SQL databases, and new client implementations will lead to success. You will have direct client-facing communication via phone, email and in-person.

Job Duties: 
Implement and support SOAP, HL7, and RESTful Web Services implementations with customers.
Coordinate data integration between Laboratory Information Systems and our SaaS products.
Maintain excellent communication with all team members, keeping them updated with information relating to client database migration, and assist in identifying reconciliation methods and alternatives.
Load customer database tables using Business Objects Data Integrator workflows and PL/SQL scripts, and assist in creating new workflows and scripts.
Drive continuous innovation and improvement with internal processes and procedures.
Required Skills: 
2-4 years experience is software implementations, support and service. Must have the desire and ability to continuously learn and adapt to business circumstances and changes as they occur.
Excellent knowledge and application of Web Services technologies XML and/or SOAP, and application of such in a high throughput implementations/client facing environment.
Solid understanding of client-server communications. SQL proficient; must be able to interpret and write simple to complex scripts.
Excellent client facing communication skills through all mediums such as telephone, email and in person with customers, and internally at all organizational levels. Strong ability to articulate technical concepts.
Excellent attention to detail.
Appreciation for the importance of quality and timely customer service.
B.S. in a technical discipline, business/MIS or other formal training. Will consider business and non-business degreed individuals if previous experience is directly related.
Optional Skills: 
Six sigma knowledge and experience
Knowledge of Oracle SQL Loader and HL7 messaging standards
Healthcare related software and systems implementations experience
