We Want To Hear Your Ideas!
Have a great product idea you'd like to see? Is there a billing feature you just can't live without? Well get ready because this April, XIFIN will be introducing a brand new way for you to share your thoughts and opinions about XIFIN products -- called XIFIN Ideas.
XIFIN Ideas is a customer-only site where you can post your ideas about how we can make the XIFIN billing product better. And not only can you submit your own ideas - but you'll also be able to read, comment, and even vote(!) on all of the ideas that are submitted by your colleagues at other laboratories. To get things started, we are going to pre-populate the site with many of the great ideas that we've recently received from many of you.
So why are we doing this? Because YOUR OPINION MATTERS! Our product team will be participating in XIFIN Ideas as well, listening to and responding to your ideas, and using them to help guide the next generation of product enhancement and features.
XIFIN Ideas will be launching in the next few weeks, and will be available in the Customer Portal. For all customers who already have a username and password for the Customer Portal, just sit back and relax and XIFIN Ideas will automatically be enabled for you. And for any customer that does not have a Customer Portal login -- you can request access to the Portal by sending an email to help@xifin.com
So start gathering up all of your brilliant ideas, and get ready to share them with the entire XIFIN community -- we want your voice to be heard!
