Lâle White

Executive Chairman and CEO

Lâle White is a nationally recognized expert in the field of medical financial management and regulatory compliance, with over 25 years of experience in information systems development and medical billing. She lectures extensively on these topics and has consulted for major laboratories and laboratory associations throughout the U.S. She worked with HCFA and the U.S. Office of the Inspector General to develop the first OIG Model Compliance Program. Ms. White was previously Vice President - Finance of Laboratory Corporation of America (NYSE: LH), one of the largest clinical reference laboratories in the U.S., and its predecessor National Health Laboratories (NYSE: NHLI), where she led the software development of several accounts receivable, inventory, cost accounting and financial management systems for the laboratory industry. Ms. White has a B.A in finance and an M.B.A. from Florida International University.


Mike Coats

Executive VP

Michael Coats has held several senior management positions where he created and managed financial information systems for some of the largest clinical reference laboratories in the U.S. While at Laboratory Corporation of America, Mr. Coats had overall technical responsibility for accounts receivable and billing systems, processing approximately 250,000 patient requests per day. He also served as VP - Financial Systems for Unilab, a large California clinical laboratory. Previously, his background was in computer system design and software development. Mr. Coats has a BSBA In Operations Management from University of Missouri.


Jeffrey Yates

CTO

Jeffrey Yates has experience as a manager and developer of mainframe and n-tier client/server information systems, both from the reference lab industry as well as at technology companies such as General Dynamics and Computer Sciences Corporation. He has extensive involvement with Java development and Oracle databases. Mr. Yates has a B.S. in computer science from San Diego State University.


Steve Zaniboni

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Zaniboni has most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of AviaraDx (acquired by bioMerieux). Prior to AviaraDx, Mr. Zaniboni was CFO of Arcturus Bioscience (acquired by Molecular Devices Corp., now MDS). He joined Arcturus from Sequenom (NASTIQ: SQNM), where he served as Chief Financial Officer. He also held various financial management positions at Aspect Medical Systems, Behring Diagnostics, and Boston Scientific. Mr. Zaniboni's experience includes raising over $500 million through IPO proceeds for high growth healthcare companies. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Boston College.


Nick Simanteris

Senior VP Customer Services

Nick Simanteris has over 20 years of experience in customer service for information-systems software and consulting companies. Previously, he was a managing director at KPMG Consulting, delivering software solutions to technology companies. Mr. Simanteris also served as a senior practice director for Oracle Corporation, where he was responsible for implementation of the Oracle e-Business Suite. Mr. Simanteris has an M.S. in Operations Research and a B.S. in business from Pennsylvania State University.


Steve Nielson

Vice President, Sales

Steve Nielson has over 20 years of experience in the clinical laboratory sales and customer service environment, including senior level management positions with Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX), Dynacare Northwest, Laboratory Corporation of America (NYSE: LH) and its predecessor National Health Laboratories. Prior to joining XIFIN, Mr. Nielson was General Manager for Quest Diagnostics San Diego, where he led customer integration efforts of the acquisition of the Unilab client base to the Quest Diagnostics testing and billing platforms. Mr. Nielson attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah.


R William (Bill) Taylor

Vice President of Marketing

Mr. Taylor brings over 25 years of high technology experience focusing on software companies ranging from start up to multi billion dollar enterprises. Most recently Mr. Taylor served as VP, Marketing and Corporate Development for Accelrys Inc. were he drove the re-invention of the company's mission and grew revenues from new markets at 50%/yr.resulting in a bookings increase of over 300% in three years. Prior to Accelrys Mr. Taylor served as an IBM Strategy Executive were he drove the strategy for the rapid growth of the Rational brand within IBM Software Group.


Donald LaVigne

VP Data Integration

Donald LaVigne previously directed information systems at National Health Laboratories and subsequently at Laboratory Corporation of America, where he gained extensive experience in designing, managing and maintaining corporate-wide operations systems for inventory, purchasing, human relations/payroll, account pricing, management reporting and quality assurance. Mr. LaVigne has over 25 years experience in computer system and software design and statistical data analysis for mainframe and distributed systems and in solutions for maintaining data-system integrity in widely distributed environments. His experience ranges from biological and environmental to national defense applications. Mr. LaVigne has a B.S. in biology from San Diego State University and an M.S. with distinction in software engineering from National University.


Rina Wolf

Vice President of Commercialization Strategies, Consulting & Industry Affairs

Ms Wolf is a nationally recognized expert in the field of laboratory commercialization and reimbursement, with over 20 years of experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, specializing in Molecular Diagnostic Laboratories. She lectures extensively on these topics and has consulted for major laboratories and laboratory associations throughout the U.S.. She is a former President and board member of the California Clinical Laboratory Association and is an active participant with the ACLA (American Clinical Laboratory Association) and the Personalized Medicine Coalition. Most recently Ms. Wolf held the position of Vice President of Reimbursement and Regulatory Affairs at Axial Biotech, Inc. where she was responsible for creating and implementing their successful reimbursement strategies. Prior to joining Axial Biotech, Inc. Ms Wolf held executive positions in the area of commercialization and reimbursement at RedPath Integrated Pathology, Inc., Genomic Health, Inc., and Esoterix (now LabCorp). Ms. Wolf has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and a Masters of HealthCare Administration.
