835 logic: Claim Adjustment Reason Code (CARC) for Claim Edits 6024 and 6027, TR 39294

MIHMS has been updated to correct the 835s for claim edits 6024 and 6027. Previously, the system was not consistently populating the same CARCs on the 835 as on the PDF Remittance Advice. This issue has now been corrected.
