CPT/HCPCS Annual Update: Implementation September 1, 2013

Medi-Cal will implement the 2013 CPT/HCPCS code additions, changes and deletions for dates of service on or after September 1, 2013. Specific policy, billing information and manual replacement pages reflecting these changes will be released in a future Medi-Cal Update.
