New PE for Pregnant Women Web Page on the Medi-Cal Website

The new Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PE4PW) Web page is now available on the Medi-Cal website. This page will contain links to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), forms, articles and other information related to the PE4PW program. A link to the new PE for Pregnant Women Web page is located in the Hot News area. The page can also be accessed via the Programs tab by clicking the PE Programs link. Providers should note that all application and enrollment forms for the PE4PW program are being relocated to this new page and will no longer be available on the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) website. In preparation for the launch of the new PE4PW online application system, forms will be organized under “Online Application Forms” and “Paper Application Forms” as they are available. The link to the Hospital Presumptive Eligibility (HPE) Program page has been removed from the Hot News area. A link to the HPE page is now located on the new PE Programs navigation page, which is accessible under the Programs tab.
