Provider Manual Updates: MO HealthNet Providers

Several sections in the Provider Manuals have been updated. Please see below for details:

• Section 1 had several updates; old terminology was replaced with current terminology, all of the language was updated to match the description of the ME Codes, and changes to the eligibility and presumptive eligibility processes.  Also, all of the information regarding statewide Managed Care expansion was added.  
• Section 3 was updated due to the reorganization of Provider Communications, Participant Services and Provider Education Units, which are now part of Stakeholder Services Unit. 
• In Section 4 the policy for the time limit to file an individual adjustment was updated.
• Section 15 was updated to include information on the electronic claims submission process.
