Quarterly Update of MREP: October 2016

Medicare Remit Easy Print (MREP) is free software that may be used to print Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files, locate claims information quickly, and produce reports on denied, adjusted or deductible-applied claims. The new codes.ini file (v3.3.0) is available for download from the CMS website.
