3% Physician Rate Reduction

A 3% Physician Rate Reduction will be implemented on March 2, 2015. This applies only to Physicians and Providers who bill for Physician Services.

• The reduction was effective Jan. 1, 2014 and will be implemented March 2, 2015.
• NCTracks will reprocess claims from Jan. 1, 2014 through March 1, 2015 at a later date.
