835 Remittance Advices Reporting Co-pay Amount (TR 37889) as CO*96

Following a recent system upgrade, a defect has been discovered in the 835 reporting. The 835 is reporting the co-pay amount as a CO*96; it should be reporting it as a PR*3. This issue affects all 835s where a co-pay amount exists on the claim record.  This defect has been corrected.
