As Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) transitions to a new credentialing program, we have made some improvements to streamline our Credentialing process:

• You will no longer need to request Credentialing or Recredentialing applications. All applications are now available on our website at www.bcbsnd.com in the Provider Service section as a fillable PDF, intended to be submitted via email. Updates may be made to the applications at any time, so we are asking that you do not print and store, but rather access and utilize the fillable PDF with each submission.

Providers due for recredentialing will receive a notification letter directing the applicant to the application on our website. We will no longer be sending you a paper copy of the application with the notification letter.
