Calendar Year (CY) 2013 Annual Update for Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule and Laboratory Services Subject to Reasonable Charge Payment

The annual update to the local clinical laboratory fees for CY 2013 is -2.95 percent. The Molecular Pathology Tier 1 and Tier 2 codes are not priced on the CLFS since they are to be gap filled by the contractors.
