California Medi-Cal Correction Of Reimbursement Pricing Errors
April 1, 2004Medi-Cal has identified pricing errors for some reimbursement rates (effective date October 1, 2003). Medi-Cal will automatically reprocess those reimbursed claims with the affected service codes submitted with dates of service on or after October 30, 2003.
The following laboratory codes, previously submitted “By Report” with pricing documentation, are now priced with the maximum reimbursement rates:
