Claim Submission Time Frame Change
July 24, 2012Cigna has released the following policy update as of August 1, 2012. Unless a longer time period is required by applicable state law, the time frame to submit claims will change to 90 days for participating health care professionals who have received a notification and an amendment to their agreement in these affected states: DC, FL, MD, NC, NJ, NY, and TN.
