Correction to State Covered Laboratory Services
May 28, 2014The April 2014 issue of HealthCare News included an error regarding state covered laboratory services. The service marked with an asterisk (*) is not a state covered service; 86592 Syphilis Test Non-Trep Qual .
The following codes are not state covered laboratory services and should be billed to Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) (these were removed from the state covered laboratory list effective January 1, 2014):
