Denial Letters Available on Secure Website

TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) recently began a process in which providers can view denial letters from medical directors on the secure provider website at TriWest.com. Previously, these medical director denial letters were faxed, but were not available on the secure provider website for viewing. The letters now appear when you select the Authorization Letter link in the Referrals & Authorizations section of the secure provider website.  Only registered users of the secure provider website can view the denial letters.
