Florida Medicaid – RFP for a statewide lab contract

Florida Medicaid is in the process of sending out an RFP for a statewide lab contract following the resolution of a protest from a lab. The three-year contract will be awarded to a single independent lab for the provision of all testing services to Medicaid recipients throughout the state.

The RFP deadline for submitting a proposal is April 28, 2004. The successful bidder will be announced May 21, 2004.
