G6030-G6058 Drug Testing Codes- Applying Deductible and Co-insurance Incorrectly

​Procedure codes G6030-G6058 were not applying deductible and co-insurance correctly for claims processed between 01/01/15 and 01/22/15. Noridian updated the procedure codes to apply deductible and co-insurance appropriately on 1/22/15. They are identifying and reprocessing affected claims.
