Manually Priced Claims Paying Incorrectly

An issue has been identified where some manually priced claims are paying incorrectly at zero or another amount.  Some claims require manual intervention for pricing. MaineCare is working to correct this issue and will notify providers when it has been resolved.  In the meantime, please track the claims that are paying incorrectly due to the manual pricing issue. You will need to adjust them at a later date, once the system has been updated.
