Medicaid Delaware – Claim Adjustment for Laboratory Rate Change

DMAP has processed the Laboratory rate change, effective Janaury 1, 2021.
DMAP will be adjusting paid claims with a date of service beginning January 1, 2021, and a claim submission date beginning January 20, 2021 (date Laboratory rate change/conversion factor was entered into the Delaware Medicaid Enterprise System [DMES]).

This information will appear on the Remittance Advice (RA) dated March 8, 2021, and the claim numbers will begin with ’52’.
