Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Code

There is a new requirement to request the Multi Factor Authentication Code for Cahaba’s InSite Web Portal daily. In compliance with increased security requirements mandated by CMS, Cahaba is requiring Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Cahaba InSite Users.  As a part of the MFA, you will be required to generate a code daily that will be sent to you. For additional details on this initiative, you can refer to the Quick Steps Job Aid found on the InSite login page at https://insite.cahabagba.com/insite/start.swe?SWECmd=Login&SWECM=S&SWEHo=insite.cahabagba.com.
