Effective January, 1, 2018, New Mexico Medicaid Fee for Service replaced HCPCS codes G0202, G0204, and G0206 with CPT codes:
· 77067: SCR MAMMO BI INCL CAD
· 77066: DX MAMMO INCL CAD BI
· 77065: DX MAMMO INCL CAD UNI
