Palmetto J1 Introduces Web Chat to Providers Using the Part B Site

Effective June 4, 2012, Palmetto GBA has implemented ‘Web Chat’ on the J1 Part B Web site. This innovative feature allows Part B providers to interact with designated Palmetto GBA staffers so they can receive real-time assistance with inquiries that they are searching for on the Web site. You will now see pop-up windows on the Part B search engine that will invite you to the Web Chat feature. With it, you can dialogue with an online operator who will provide help locating information on any topics or specialties on the Palmetto GBA site.
