Per day limit on lab codes

Effective 3/1/2013 the following per day limits will apply:

• 88319 – 10 units per date of service (Special stain including interpretation and report, Group III, for enzyme constituents)

• 86609 – 14 units per date of service (Antibody; bacterium, not elsewhere specified)
