Rate Changes for September 1, 2014

Effective Sept. 9, 2014, MDMN implemented rate increases for dates of service on or after Sept. 1, 2014. Physician and professional services will get a 5%  increase and Laboratory services will get a 3% increase. MDMN will replace claims submitted Sept. 1 – Sept. 8, 2014.
