Recordkeeping and Signature Policy Update

Beginning November 1, 2013, the Family PACT record retention policy for the Client Eligibility Certification and the Retroactive Eligibility Certification forms are changing as follows:

• Retention period is decreasing from four years to three years
• Providers may capture signatures electronically
• Providers may store forms electronically rather than in hard copy
