Termination letters sent in error

Due to a recent MITS system issue, an error occurred on March 18, 2015 that impacted approximately 4,200 Ohio Medicaid providers. These providers received letters stating that they had been terminated and/or excluded from Ohio Medicaid. The letters were generated in error and should be disregarded. This system issue has been resolved and all affected providers have been restored to an ‘Active’ status.
