UCARE – Change in Frequency for Outpatient Hospital Fee Schedule Updates

Effective Jan. 1, 2021, the UCare MHCP Outpatient Fee Schedule will be updated twice per year (January and July MHCP files). The fee schedule was previously updated on an annual basis. This change will promote more consistency within UCare’s fee schedule update process, allowing providers to know when to watch for updates. The change impacts UCare Prepaid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP), UCare Minnesota Care (MNCare), UCare Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) and UCare Connect (SNBC, Medicaid Only) products.
