Updated Version of Clinical Claim Editor Implementation on Schedule for October 31, 2012

The updated version of clinical claim editor is on schedule to be incorporated into the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) on October 31, 2012. The clinical claim editor criteria used to audit professional and outpatient services claims will be updated to include the National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) Medically Unlikely Edits (MUE). Claims received on or after October 31 will be subject to MUE.
