Annual Personalized Medicine Conference
Guided by personalized medicine’s promise of a more efficient and effective health system, representatives from every sector convened at the 13th Annual Personalized Medicine Conference to define the landscape and outlook for personalized medicine in science, business and policy. The conference explored, among other topics, how an under-studied value proposition, information technology challenges and practical obstacles at the point of care complicate efforts to bring personalized medicine to patients — and how emerging partnership models, economic utility studies and real-world evidence may offer solutions. Participants’ conclusions, which PMC publishes in its annual Conference Summary, will help shape the community’s agenda and guide the Coalition’s work.
