Before joining XiFin, David helped co-found STRAND Clinical Technologies, the U.S. market leader in helping pharmacists launch clinical services within their community. Pope holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia.

With over 25 years of experience explicitly dedicated to diagnostics and pharmacy revenue cycle management and 29 years in the healthcare industry, Heather has amassed an extensive knowledge base, implementing/managing RCM best practices and delivering operational excellence. Heather has worked closely with the executive leadership teams of the country’s top clinical, outreach, and independent laboratories to share her RCM proficiencies and run their RCM processes with her team.

Mike has over 20 years of hands-on industry experience in revenue cycle management, billing and receivables management, and IT expertise. Before joining XiFin, Mike was Manager of Revenue Cycle at Mayo Clinic Laboratories. He has also held roles as a Senior Systems Analyst and Business Office Coordinator. Mike holds a BS in Business Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Anthony Gratto is Vice President of Product Management at XiFin, where he leads strategy, innovation, and execution across the company’s pharmacy technology solutions. He joined the organization through its acquisition of OmniSYS, bringing a proven track record in product leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence. With nearly two decades of experience spanning pharmacy and payer relations, Anthony has held senior roles in product management, client relations, and operational leadership, including at Sentry Data Systems, now the Craneware Group and CVS Health. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management and operations from Bryant University.

Currently, Sr. Director of RCM operations for pharmacy, Ben has over 15 years of experience in the management of healthcare operations. Prior to joining XiFin, Ben was senior operations manager, overseeing the ADX Division at Change Healthcare, and prior to that was senior operations manager at McKesson, where he managed both client accounts and operations. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Masters of Healthcare Management from Champlain College.
