XIFIN Welcomes Harley Ross as Chief Commercial Officer

Twenty-year industry veteran takes on new executive position combining operations, sales, and tech strategy to deliver innovative financial and clinical technology solutions to a broader set of customers

San Diego, Calif., March 10, 2022 – XIFIN today announced the appointment of Harley Ross as chief commercial officer, a newly-created position. Reporting directly to Executive Chair and CEO Lâle White, Ross will work with the executive team and product leads to scale XIFIN’s business as it expands into new markets and addresses increasing clinical needs. This comes on the heels of the exponential growth XIFIN experienced in 2021 when it expanded into the retail pharmacy and radiology industries through two acquisitions.

“As healthcare in the U.S. is becoming increasingly consumer-centric, we’re executing on our vision of delivering a unified technology platform to our clients in complementary healthcare sectors, including diagnostic laboratory, retail pharmacy, radiology, oncology and more,” said White. “Harley’s expertise addressing customer pain points and the nuances of clinical and operational workflow and automation will be a valuable asset to help move our organization forward and meet customer needs across a broad set of markets. We’re proud to welcome him to the team.”

As chief commercial officer, Ross will have a cross-functional role overseeing XIFIN’s efforts to scale its business. He will provide additional executive focus on commercial efforts in new and expanding markets, including product integration, strategic sales, and enterprise support. Additionally, he will build on the company's forward-thinking approach to healthcare IT solutions to gain traction for additional business development and expansion opportunities. Ross will be sharing some of his financial insights during a webinar later this month.

Ross brings more than 20 years of experience in product and technology integration strategy and M&A work to XIFIN. Previously, Ross was EVP/Chief Revenue Officer at Quadax, leading sales strategy for the company’s revenue cycle services division. Throughout the course of his career, Ross has played a pivotal role in various business transformation initiatives. These resulted in key business accomplishments associated with national accounts spanning a variety of market segments including call centers, ISPs, transportation, manufacturing, home health, medical device, and remote patient monitoring, in addition to a number of national reference labs. He has also held numerous sales leadership and consultancy roles with companies that provide data centers, cloud solutions, and other technology services.

“XIFIN is a respected and innovative company with an extremely talented executive leadership team. I’m fortunate to join at a key moment when both patients and healthcare professionals are changing the way they consume and interact with healthcare information. I’m looking forward to collaborating with the team to identify strategies for bringing together data across organizations and departments in meaningful ways,” said Ross. “Data is key to unlocking how we balance the need for better access to clinical services with an improved patient experience and the move toward value-based reimbursement.
