Executive War College 2011: ACOs and Medical Homes

I’m at Executive War College in New Orleans this week–great turnout and great topics. One thought:  ACOs and Medical Homes rely on laboratory tests, but will we see a rerun to punitive capitations rates and negative environment for smaller, esoteric labs?
