Eventually, Kyle joined XiFin to help build outsourced billing services tailored to early-stage diagnostic innovators. This model grew into a strategic pathway: support emerging organizations through services first, then help them scale into XiFin’s SaaS-based RCM platform and leverage a combination of technology and services to penetrate new markets more rapidly. That approach, rooted in real customer needs, helped XiFin expand into new market segments with clarity and confidence.
