Qualis Health Provider Portal (QHPP) Implementation

Effective September 5, 2017, the State of New Mexico, Human Services Department, Medical Assistance Division, is requiring all Fee-for-Service providers rendering services requiring a prior authorization, all Developmental Disabilities Waiver Case Managers, Mi Via Consultants, and Medically Fragile Case Management, to submit  prior authorization requests and/or retrieve correspondence from the Qualis Health Provider Portal (QHPP). Faxed submissions from providers will need to be uploaded via the QHPP as fax lines have been disconnected. The Qualis Health website has resources available with step by step instructions on how to successfully submit a request or retrieve correspondence documents.
