2007 CPT-4 Codes Adopted
August 1, 2007Effective August 1, 2007, Medi-Cal will adopt the 2007 CPT-4 and HCPCS Level II codes. Claims billed for dates of service on or after August 1, 2007 must use the appropriate 2007 codes.
