2015 CPT/HCPCS Annual Update: Split-Billable Codes and Modifier Updates

Effective for dates of service on or after October 1, 2015, the split-billing and modifier policies found in the 2015 CPT/HCPCS Policy Updates  have been updated for some pathology services.
