AMA Posts 2012 Codebook Corrections

The errata listing corrections to the American Medical Association (AMA) 2012 CPTÆ book was revised on Oct. 7. The complete list of changes is posted on the AMA website. The following are the changes to the Pathology and Laboratory CPT Codes.
