Biggest pathology CPT winners and losers in the 2016 proposed Physician Fee Schedule

CMS released its proposed 2016 Physician Fee Schedule on July 8th and it looks like a mixed bag for pathologists and laboratories in terms of reimbursement, although labs that perform a lot of immunohistochemistry and FISH will be happy with a payment increase.
