Changes to Laboratory Services Reservation System

Effective September 22, 2014, Laboratory Services Reservation System (LSRS) submissions will require an ICD indicator value of either  “ICD-9” or “ICD-10” in the new ICD-CM Type field, if the reservation limit has been exceeded and a diagnosis code is used for lab reservations.
