Chorionic Gonadotropin Diagnostic Restrictions Changes and Addition

Effective for dates of service on or after September 1, 2008, two of the ICD-9-CM code ranges 84702 (HCG-quant ) and 84703 (HCG -qual ) that must be billed in conjunction with have changed.

In addition, one new ICD-9-CM code range has been added.
