Editing for these claims is being temporarily suspended in both Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) (Reason Codes 59154 and 59155) and the Multi-Carrier System (MCS) (CARCs 50 and M25, RARCs M64 and N386), per CMS instructions. No provider action is needed. Claims that have denied will be re-processed by NGS.
