Claim Edit for Rendering Provider Service Location – Implementation Date Change

The implementation date for the Rendering Provider Service Location Edit (edit 04528) has changed from February 5, 2017, to May 1, 2017. Providers are encouraged to submit Managed Change Requests before May 1, 2017 to ensure the provider record includes all service locations where the provider renders services billed in NCTracks. This will prevent claims from pending while the provider submits an MCR to update the provider’s record.
