CPT Code Changes Relevant to Radiology for 2026

Several anticipated new and revised Current Procedure Terminology^® (CPT^®) Category I codes pertinent to radiology will be available for 2026, including computed tomography angiography (CTA) of the head and neck, computed tomography cerebral perfusion (CTP), irreversible electroporation (IRE), thoracic branch endograft services, prostate biopsy, lower extremity (LE) vascular procedures, radiation oncology treatment delivery, endovascular therapy and sacroiliac (SI) arthrodesis.
