CPT codes 86788 and 86789 linked to revenue code 302

Effective December 4, 2014, the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will link the following CPT codes to revenue code 302 – Laboratory – Immunology. These linkages apply retroactively to FFS claims with dates of service (DOS) on or after July 1, 2014.

• 86788 ‒ Antibody; West Nile virus, IgM
• 86789 – Antibody; West Nile virus
