Revalidation Cycle II has begun. The first due date for Revalidation is May 31, 2016. Those providers or suppliers that are listed with a due date on the Medicare Revalidation Lookup Tool are required to send in a complete Revalidation application by that date. If a complete application is not received by the due date, the provider or supplier’s Medicare billing privileges will be deactivated. If you are deactivated for non-response to Revalidation, the date of receipt of the Reactivation application will be the new effective date for Medicare billing privileges. No payments will be made for the period of deactivation. Submit your application via Internet-based PECOS to ensure receipt of your Revalidation before deactivation. Please go to the Revalidation page to find out more information.
