Delayed: Discontinuance of Select CPT-4 Split Billing

There is a delay in split billing changes announced in the May 2014 Medi-Cal Update article, “Discontinued Split Billing for Select Lab Codes.” The new effective date will be announced in a future Medi-Cal Update.
