EWC Program Services Updates
September 29, 2015Effective for dates of service on or after October 1, 2015, radiology CPT codes 76641and 76642 and lab CPT codes 87624 and 88341will be added as benefits of Every Woman Counts (EWC). The following CPT codes will be deleted as benefits of EWC; 76645 and 87621.
