First Coast Service Options, Inc., the Jurisdiction N MAC, is in the process of establishing Gap Filled allowances for the 2015 Molecular Diagnostic CPT codes 81246, 81288, and 81313; the Genomic Sequencing Procedure and Other Molecular Multianalyte Assays CPT codes 81410-81471, 81519; and the Multianalyte Assays with Algorithmic Analyses CPT codes 0006M-0008M. They are asking for lab input to help ensure appropriate allowances are established for the reimbursement of the 2015 Molecular Diagnostic Services.
